Stream Low Cost Batch System for Water

The first step to your automated batch control system – increasing production efficiency whilst improving product consistency and inventory control.

Description

As the ideal first step to automated batch control, Stream can offer a complete batch system incorporating their F130 Batch Controller, a simple flowmeter and a solenoid valve.   For this system only electrical power required (either 24v AC/DC or mains), with the meter sized for any flow rate from 10lts/min to 160lts/min.

Suitable for any clean, potable water applications, the system provides a very cost effective way of progressing from a manual process to one which is automated, enabling the operator to set the desired volume, press the start button, system will automatically stop when the required batch size is reached.

A batch system comprises of three elements:

 

Batch Controller.  To enable the desired volume to be selected and to start/stop the batch

Our standard batch controller for this application is our F130, however this could be upgrade to an N410 or 300 series should a full user interface be required.   The second relay in this batch controller could be used to start/stop a pump or for two stage valve control in more complex systems.

 

 

HRI Smart Communications Module For Sensus 620 & 620C Meters

 

 

Flowmeter.  Connected to the Batch Controller to measure the desired volume of liquid.

For clean, potable water with use our Sensus 620 water meter which provides a high resolution pulse output of volume, however this could be upgrade to a Stream Unipulse, Electromagnetic or Coriolis flowmeter should this be required.

 

 

 

 

Solenoid Valve.  Controlled by the batch controller to open and close with the start and stop of the batch. The valve is a normally closed design which will automatically close in the event of power failure preventing any over spill.
